The Evoped® model was developed by Ludwig Koneberg at the Institute for Practical Pedagogy in Munich. It is based on the findings of brain research, Darwin's theory of evolution and kinesiology. With targeted movement exercises, learning and behavioral blockages can be effectively and sustainably resolved or alleviated. This brings movement into learning and allows you to develop your own skills.

No. Evoped®starts one step earlier. It's about how something is perceived, not what you learn. In other words, it is not tutoring. Evoped®makes it possible to learn with less stress and to face daily challenges with less stress. Everyday thoughts such as: "Why does my child have problems concentrating? Why do I constantly confuse left and right? Why am I afraid to speak in front of people? What are my stress factors in different situations?" can be countered in this way.

It is a modern and contemporary method for releasing learning and behavioral blocks

Evoped® combines findings from brain research, evolutionary theory and kinesiology. Viewed through this lens, blockages can be recognized and released with targeted movement exercises. This creates the conditions for stress-free learning.

Mute as a fish or bold as a monkey

According to the theory of evolution and its theoretical framework, humans - like all living beings - are the result of a long evolutionary process. Our genome is the memory and very personal information carrier for all biological processes in our body. This includes the movements, reactions, perceptions and behavior of the individual evolutionary stages. From fish to amphibians, reptiles, mammals, apes, prehistoric man and today's "modern" man. Each of these stages is associated with a specific movement pattern that is responsible for our range of behavior.

We learn through movement

All the nerve cells in the brain are developed by the time we are born. As a baby, we learn about the world in a playful way. In doing so, we create important connections in the brain on which further developments are based. The pathways to thinking = the development of nerve connections (synapses) are paved by movement, especially during the first three years of life.

The good news is that the brain never stops learning: "The brain can be compared to a muscle. It grows in response to certain experiences - the nerve cells get bigger". (Robert Ornstein, US brain researcher)

Our foundation: balance and movement

Every developmental step a person takes is based on the skills and knowledge they have learned so far. This process of 'straightening up' needs a growing balance in order to happen automatically.

Keeping the body upright is a tremendous developmental achievement. If a person has to consciously take care of their balance, they are impaired in the performance of other tasks. Balance must first and foremost be experienced and has a fundamental influence on the development of basic security and basic trust.

Fit in the head

The more the body is in balance, the more agile the mind is. The sense of balance and movement play a major role in mental, neurological and emotional development. In Evoped®we apply exactly what has existed in nature since time immemorial. This enables us to act directly on problems and promote development in a targeted manner.

No more confusion

We observe how people perceive their environment and how they come to this conclusion. The issue that is causing the blockage or stress is filtered out. Movement exercises are used to release the stress and restore balance. This strengthens your own competence and feedback system and teaches you to take responsibility for your own behavior.

We learn every day – for a lifetime!

The Evoped®methodology is suitable for people of all ages. Learning is a slow "building up" process - just like the evolutionary process that all living beings go through.

The target groups are kindergarten and pre-school children, schoolchildren, teenagers and adults. Our brain works stress-free and creatively when the neurological interplay functions well and the evolutionary behavioral bands are well integrated. This creates a balance and we can access our full potential.

Life is a journey - to yourself!

Stress-free learning requires the balance of all stages of brain development. The Evoped®method is used with children, young people and adults. It is a supportive and accompanying method. With targeted exercises, balance can be restored in order to cope with everyday challenges.

Topics for kindergarten/preschool children include, for example: Difficulties falling asleep, detachment process between parents and kindergarten, determining handedness, school readiness.

Pupils' issues that are dealt with by the Evoped®are: Concentration difficulties, learning speed, learning and behavioral blocks, difficulties with reading, writing, arithmetic, homework stress, exam stress, motivation problems.

The foundation of young people and adults is their past experiences. Topics include a lack of self-confidence, conflict resolution and professional and personal stress issues.

Behind the stress lies the talent (L. Koneberg)

The aim is to look behind the stress or the blockage, because our perception determines our behavior. It is not what we experience that is relevant, but the evaluation that our brain makes and the conclusions we draw from it. This strengthens our own competence so that we can react competently to life's challenges.

You cannot teach a person anything, you can only help him to discover it within himself (G. Galilei)

This well-known quote sums up the intention of Evoped®.It is about uncovering and dissolving blockages in order to access one's own potential. It has already helped many people.

"Everything about school is pure agony", "My child is no longer accessible to me linguistically", "Right and left are somewhere else every day" or "I keep going round in circles in this situation" - if these thoughts are familiar to you, then you've come to the right place. There are very good and numerous experiences in these areas that have either been solved, alleviated or noticeably improved.

Conflicts are unavoidable

Stress, tension and conflict are part of life and we cannot avoid them. By taking personal responsibility, however, we achieve a choice. Evoped®accompanies the development of children, young people and adults in difficult phases. It supports them in taking responsibility for themselves and achieving their own competence to act.

The colorful life

Topics relating to life and its daily challenges. General areas such as balance, concentration difficulties, perceptual deficits, spinning in circles, stress, shyness/social withdrawal, blackouts, puberty. School-related issues such as school readiness, delayed language development, reading, writing and arithmetic difficulties, exam difficulties, stress during homework.

Why is a distinction important?

A reading and spelling disorder (dyslexia) has different causes than dyslexia (=special dyslexia). The different use of the terms confuses all those affected.

If I suspect that my child is affected?

Mindfulness and calmness are the most important ingredients. Not every school problem is based on this phenomenon. Increased practice without success, poor word picture recognition and letter omissions are characteristics of getting into action.

The first step is to see whether the prerequisites for stress-free learning are present. The AFS test shows whether a differentiated sensory perception is present. This genetic disposition results in different perception and information processing and causes the difficulty in the symptoms. However, it is important to know that sensory perception is only trained between the ages of 6 and 14. Early detection is therefore important.

What does dyslexia training look like?

The AFS test can be used to determine whether dyslexia (specific dyslexia) or dysgraphia is present.

In dyslexia training, attention, different sensory perceptions and symptoms are trained. Dyslexia training involves symptom training.

Dyslexia training is comparable to a marathon. To achieve success, you need to train once a week over a longer period of time (at least 6 months). The individual training session lasts 50 minutes.

Let's set off together!

You will find me in 3400 Klosterneuburg, Lenaugasse 11 (Rtg. Kritzendorf).

ATTENTION: thanks to the merging of zip codes, there are still orientation problems here. I am located in Lenaugasse, near Martinstraße.

I am also very easy to reach by public transport. The Klosterneuburg/Unterkritzendorf stop is within walking distance.

With Trainline you can easily plan your public journey.
